We run friendly and welcoming drop-in sessions and wellbeing activities for any adults who may be struggling with their Mental Health, loneliness, isolation or wellbeing.
All adults are welcome to come and take a break, socialise, combat isolation, have fun and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
Drop-in for a cup of tea or coffee, meet some friendly faces, combat loneliness and make the centre your safe place.
If you're lucky there'll be cake too!
Taking part in an activity can be a great way to relieve stress, we have many different activities you can get involved with.
Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafés offer local support for people who need immediate help with their mental health.
The cafe's are funded by the NHS and are hosted all across Leicestershire and Rutland. Pepper's- A Safe Place hosts the Rutland Neighbourhood Mental Health Cafe on Thursday and Sunday evenings.
Please note this a seperate project from Pepper's drop-in sessions and activities. It is staffed by trained listeners, provides immediate mental health support, 1:2:1 listening and transport options.
